Provide administrative & clerical support for F&B department.
Maintain stock of company files & documents.
Arrange meetings, business trips and appointment schedule to Heads of Department.
Prepare reports, memos, letters and other documents.
Translate in verbal and in writing as requested by department management.
Responsible for ordering all equipment required for the office.
Oversee service and maintenance contracts.
Coordinate equipment repair and replacement.
Meet the attendance guidelines of the office and adhere to the department and company policies.
Other duties as instructed and assigned by department management.

Graduated Bachelor
Minimum 2 years of relevant experiences
Good working knowledge of MS Office.
Good English communication skills in written and oral forms.
