Dentsu Sports Vietnam (DSV) is a newly established sports marketing specialized agency with specialists who's been working in Vietnam's football industry for more than 11 years. DSV's parent company Dentsu Inc. is an exclusive marketing partner of Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) since 2011 and been in partnership with Vietnam Professional Football (VPF) since 2012 too. As Football is a king of sports in Vietnam, our business is mainly based in football sponsorship and other related activities.
Dentsu Sports Vietnam, previously Sports Department of Dentsu X Vietnam, together with Dentsu Inc's Sport Division, Football Business Asia Department has been offering a full range of professional marketing services focused mainly in football in whole ASEAN region. We have been in the market for more than 9 years and became sports marketing specialized agency who holds exclusive marketing rights of the Vietnam National Teams.
Working time: Full-time from Monday to Friday, 8:30AM - 6:00PM
Location: Floor 6, Indochina Plaza Tower, Xuan Thuy, Cau Giay, Ha Noi

JOB DESCRIPTION
Perform various administrative duties (contacting vendors, payment procedure, collect invoices,.....);
Support in planning of activities: marketing activities of client: events, campaigns, etc
Translate and drafting documents from Vietnamese to English, and vice versa
Support Account Manager/ Account Executive in assigned tasks
Other assignments from line manager or Company
Domestic business trips when required
REQUIREMENTS
Commitment of a 6 months internship fulltime starting from May 2024 (Working time: Monday to Friday, 8:30AM -17:30PM)
Fresh graduates in Marketing/Communications/Advertising/Public Relations or related fields (Students who are waiting for testamur are welcomed)
Extra-curricular activities in marketing or event organization is a big plus
English fluency
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office - Especially Excel, Word, Power Point
Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
Organizational and time-management skills
Eye for detail, thirst for knowledge and dedication
Willing to work overtime is necessary
