JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage and respond to brand-related inquiries on social media platforms.
Assist Senior Account Executives/ Account Managers in their daily tasks.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure project requirements are met.
Liaise with external partners to oversee project budgets and timelines.
Collect data from several teams, including social, media,... and do project reports.
Prepare and process paperwork including both external and internal sides.
REQUIREMENTS
Currently a 2nd or 3rd-year university student or a recent graduate, preferably from a Marketing-related program.
Exceptional communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
A keen eye for detail with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
An energetic personality with a can-do spirit, eager to tackle challenges.
