Job Description
Support in creating request to issue output invoices for payment on behalf, asset liquidity, other income, etc.
Support
end-users on accounting related processes (payment, vendor creation,
fixed assets, stock taking, tax invoice handling, etc.)
Support in having accounting documents signed & stamped
Support in archiving and retrieving of accounting documents
Support in preparation of data and documents for Internal and External audit, Tax inspection, Customs audit purposes (if any)
Prepare data consolidation for weekly performance report (sales, net working capital, etc.)
Prepare monthly P&L analysis of company result
Support in service recharging among Bosch entities
Assist CFO with ad hoc financial topics (audit/tax/investment/macro reports, etc.)
Ad-hoc tasks to support department
Qualifications
3rd or 4th year students pursuing Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
Knowledge of MS Office and accounting software (SAP)
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Time management, task management skill
Hard-working, detailed oriented, result oriented
Can work independently with minimal supervision
Eloquent in English and Vietnamese

Regular working time: 8hrs/day Mon - Fri
