1. Position:
Business Assessment Project Intern
Position objective: Support the project team in collecting, verifying, standardizing, and consolidating information to assess various companies
2. Summary of Responsibilities:
Collect publicly available or provided information and documents relating to companies.
Support business health assessments based on standardized dimensions and criteria, including:
Level of compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Analyze basic information regarding financial health and business continuity.
Review the company's general management systems and the quality management of its products and services.
Enter and standardize data, and update assessment results in the project's data management tool.
Cross-check evidence against assessment criteria; identify missing information, inconsistencies, or matters requiring clarification; and report them to the person in charge.
Comply with information confidentiality requirements and perform other duties assigned by the project team.
3. Summary of Candidate Requirements:
Knowledge and Education
Third- or fourth-year students, or recent graduates, majoring in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Law, Risk Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of business operations, financial statements, regulatory compliance is an advantage.
Ability to work with Vietnamese-language documents; English reading comprehension is an advantage.
Professional Skills
Ability to search for, select, and verify information from appropriate sources, with clear documentation of sources and supporting evidence.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to enter data accurately, process data tables, and present information in a structured manner.
Logical thinking and attention to detail, with the ability to identify missing or conflicting information and matters requiring further review; proactively seek clarification when criteria are unclear.
Strong time-management skills, ability to track progress, and capacity to complete a high volume of work within deadlines.

Proactive in learning, receptive to feedback, and able to collaborate effectively within a team.
