JOB DESCRIPTION
Health:
Tracking and analyze clinic data to drive
health promotion program
Support manager to implement ergonomics
program
Visualize health promotion program at the
workplace
Safety:
Being HSE Document controller &
supporting manager in Permit to Work
system at sites
Coordinating with stakeholders to
implement annual HSE Training program
Support manager in Construction Safety
program
Environment:
Establish tracking system on hazardous &
non-hazardous waste generation, domestic
& energy consumption, wastewater
discharge volume
Establish environment documentation
management by required by government
Follow up with external vendor to update
environmental permits
Admin tasks:
Support HSE Manager in raising PO
(purchase order) by complying with internal
process
PPE & Other HSE promotion items' delivery
to employees by working with related
function
Organizing internal/external HSE event &
training
Support HSE Manager in coordinating with
other departments to get involve in
sustainability project
REQUIREMENTS
Third or fourth-year student majoring in
Occupational Safety and Health or
Environmental Management.
Effective communication skills: good sense
of Vietnamese, fluent in English.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office,
especially PowerPoint.
Basic knowledge of design software: Canva
and/or other movie maker tools.
Independent, ambitious, highly motivated,
organized, and proactive.
Be able to work full time (7:30 AM - 4:30
PM, Monday - Friday in 6 months).

JOB DESCRIPTION
Monitor the cargo's condition and
shipment's status as necessary.
Coordinate with forwarders the readiness
of cargo to import and export API, PM, RM,
FG for commercial goods in factory on time.
Arrange delivery to warehouse.
Handover documents to Accountant for
payments. Check and follow the production
plan
Check the detail payment
Check shipping documents to ensure the
consistency
Inform the partner the shipping plan
Take action with other departments to
ensure the company's business operations
continue.
Stretch in projects and challenged mindset
to deal with proper regulations related the
export and import activities.
Perform other duties as may be assigned
from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS
Third or fourth-year student in Bachelor (or
equivalent) related to Economic fields
(Finance; Business Administration, Foreign
trade, Industrial Management, Supply chain
Management, commerce, trading...).
English skills (verbal & written): Business
level
Show conflict resolution skills.
Consistently approaches work with a
positive, constructive attitude.
The capacity to handle complexity and
adapt to change.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
Be able to work full time (7:30 AM - 4:30

Report maintenance work.
Suggest improvements to maintenance

Perform damage repair work when
requested or assigned by the team leader.
Analyze the cause of damage and propose
corrective measures to avoid repeat
damage.
Monitor and check the status of production
equipment.
Participate in drafting technical documents
if assigned, maintenance and repair
procedures, equipment operating
procedures, technical operating
requirements for new equipment,
installation requirements, equipment
acceptance requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
Third or fourth-year student majoring in
Mechanical and Electrical engineering.
Effective communication skills: good sense
of Vietnamese, fluent in English.
Have knowledge and understanding of GMP
and HSE
Preventative maintenance and equipment
repair skills.
Independent, ambitious, highly motivated,
organized, and proactive.

REQUIREMENTS
