- Organizes frequent visits from professionals in the media, journalists, and other members of the trade in order to promote and develop a positive image and relationship between the hotel and the general public, vendors, suppliers, guests, clients, and community.
- In charge of distributing press releases in both English and Vietnamese to regional and local journals and newspapers
- Reports essential news as well as significant rival news that receives media coverage right away to the marketing and communications manager.
- Maintain and update websites with information on new products, events, etc.
- Generate, maintain and manage company database
- Other works as assigned
