Job Summary
·
Develop an innovative Facebook
and TikTok content strategy aligned with our brand voice, target audience and marketing objectives. Stay updated
with the latest TikTok trends and best practices to ensure our content is
fresh, relevant, and engaging.
·
Basic
editing (Canva and CapCut level) and an eye for detail is a must.
·
Staying up to date on best
practices and emerging trends in social media.
·
Suggesting recommendations to
adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.
·
Performing other duties when
needed.
·
Monitoring and managing the
brand's social media platforms, adjusting outreach tactics as needed.
·
Take responsibility for social
fanpage management: reply comment, inbox and take care of customer.
·
Working closely with agency,
partner about content social, creative artwork to deliver brand message and
image exactly.
·
Collecting quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns.
·
Working closely with MBS vendor (multiple brands store): content plan, site
check market, product display management.
·
Performing market analysis and research on competition.
·
Supporting the marketing team in daily administrative tasks and event
execution.
·
Support Ecom team to do daily task and during campaign about creative
idea visual, quick update competitors' campaign weekly.
·
Paperwork management: review, follow, manage and tracking process.
·
Other tasks following business requirement.

Accountabilities
Essential business activities expected from this position:
· Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns (online & offline)
· Perform market analysis and research on competition.
· Assist the marketing team to monitor all the activities on official SNS (Facebook; Instagram, Tiktok; Youtube and Website)
· Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, PR campaign and website)
· Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks (e.g. sub labels; legal documents, KOLs gifting, etc.)
· Prepare promotional presentations.
· Help distribute marketing materials.
· Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
· Help organize marketing events.
