JOB DESCRIPTION
The Intern, Brand & Marketing (B&M) will support the Brand & Marketing team in developing and implementing 360 branding & marketing strategy.
Supporting the Brand & Marketing team in implementing the Brand 360 Strategy.
Supporting executing communication plans, developing content, working with vendors, and ensuring alignment with the B&M team's requirements.
Assisting in creating press releases, PR articles, and social media plans for the DiscoverASRVietnam fan page (Facebook & Instagram).
Monitoring media coverage of The Ascott Limitted and brands within The Ascott Limited, issuing media releases, and creating press clippings.
Assisting in the administration of brand websites (discoverasr.com).
Monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
Assisting in the preparation, administration, and documentation of contracts and proposals.
Planning and assisting in the execution of corporate events.
Supporting the Director of Brand & Marketing in all relevant projects.
REQUIREMENTS
A. Qualifications:
Third-year/last-year students or fresh graduate students in relevant fields of accredited universities.
Diploma/Degree in Marketing, International Studies, Foreign Languages, or Business Administration.
B. Competencies:
Being able to design on Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or Canva is required
Excellent spoken and written English.
Ability to work independently and proactive
Strong desire to learn along with a professional drive
Being able to design on Canva, AI, or PTS and handle multimedia assignments.
Well-versed in use of Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word).
Committed to working full-time for 4-6 months.
