JOB DESCRIPTION
Market research and analyze data to identify consumer and marketing trends to enhance the brand's in the US and UK markets.
Contribute to marketing campaigns, assist with online marketing through a variety of channels including social media, direct mail, web marketing.
Monitoring and managing the company's social media platforms (results, conversion rates, traffic, etc), adjusting outreach tactics as needed.
Creating engaging written content and images for marketing materials for various digital platforms including social media, email marketing, and website.
Participate in keyword research and SEO optimization efforts to improve online visibility.
Work independently as well as cooperatively with marketing team to meet deadlines, stay within budget, and schedule project implementation based on workload
Coordinate with production team (eg: video recording, images...) to support image and video production.
Report as requested by managers.
Perform all other duties assigned by managers.
REQUIREMENTS
Prefer interns or fresh students.
Intermediate level English.
Ability to tailor your writing style to suit the target audience.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc
Good organization and time-management skills.
Quick-thinking, planning, coordinating, and executing skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Directly working with manufacturing suppliers such as managing orders (process and inspection); and ensuring timely delivery.
Planning and tracking the transportation, monitoring the shipments to ensure timelines and productivity.
Organizing and managing warehouses' inventory.
Keeping logs and recording warehouse stocks, reviewing, preparing on incoming as well as outgoing delivery, and routing purchase orders.
Prepare documentation accurately such as Delivery Order, Good Return Note, etc.
Answering client correspondences (domestic and foreign) through email, social media, and by phone.
Supporting the manager with monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts.
Update and maintain internal databases. Filing customer records, including contact information, purchases and billings.
Work independently as well as cooperatively with internal team, suppliers to meet deadlines and schedules implementation based on workload, which may include five or more simultaneous tasks.
Perform all other duties assigned by managers.
