JOB DESCRIPTION
To source, update and maintain data accuracy on system which includes:
support team to source shophouse and standalone real estate options in HCMC;
to actively communicate with Vietnam market's building owners/managers to confirm their building availabilities and note all critical information on to the system (and proactively share with leasing team);
updating buildings' stacking plans (building availability, pricing, and current tenants lease details);
other duties requested by business line leader.
REQUIREMENTS
- Last year or Fresh graduate with major in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Science, Real Estate
- Proficiency in English skills (especially in writing and speaking).

- Learn to become an Analyst.
- Your beginning will primarily be to support the assigned sub-team with the research department.
- Focus will be on learning to use appropriate resources to gather information, to present this information in concise form in both written report form and oral form.
- Assist in brainstorming and ideas planning
- Other tasks assigned by the Head of Research.
REQUIREMENTS
- Last year or Fresh graduate with major in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Science.
- Proficiency in English skills (especially in writing and speaking).
- Strong will to work in Research department in real estate firm.
