A 6 months - internship program is designed for your own development needs and career objectives. It includes hands-on practical Training experience and opportunities for the Trainee to develop professional skills in a face-paced hospitality environment.
Job description:
Checks all associate facilities to ensure they are maintained within standards, i.e. Associate Locker Rooms, Clinic and First Aid Boxes.
Coordinates the associate recognition program - HyCare program.
Assists and participates in all Human Resources activities.
Provides a courteous and professional service at all times to maintain positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
Handles guest and associate enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst feedbacking a prompt follow-up.
Attends and contributes to all Meetings as required.
Willingly attends hotel training sessions as scheduled to improve skills and knowledge.
To be knowledgeable in statutory legislation in associate and industrial relations; understands and strictly adheres to the Rules & Regulations established in the Associate Handbook and the hotel's policies concerning fire, hygiene and health & safety.
Ensures and practices the utmost protection of office confidentiality.
