We are a privately held group and maintain offices across Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia, Myanmar and Laos, with are headquarters in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. After 6 years of strong growth Alchemy is looking to expand with a highly passionate and motivated leader of our finance and supply chain division to join our team based out of our Ho Chi Minh City office.

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Support team prepares documents: scanning paper, signing process.
• Collect and entry data for the related reports, proposals, contracts.
• Support team to record PO/SO on SAP system.
• Support inventory tracking Import, export and perform inventory reconciliation with SAP
system.
• Order stationery.
• Adjust in advance the cost of purchases/customer gifts on Eap
• Complete ad-hoc tasks as requested by management
REQUIREMENTS
• Having background in Accounting / Supply Chain / Business Administration major
• Willingness to learn and do paperwork.
• Intermediate English level (all skills).
• Handle multiple of tasks.
• Proficient skills with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Be able to work under pressure
