I. POSITION OVERVIEW:
The School Service Intern supports the school's daily administrative and operational activities beyond teaching and learning. The role assists with uniform management, school bus operations, canteen supervision, and student medical and insurance support, contributing to a safe, organized, and efficient school environment. The intern will work closely with different school teams, suppliers, students, and parents while gaining practical experience in school operations and administration.
II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Uniform Management
Support the sale and inventory tracking of school uniforms at the reception area.
Distribute, exchange, and process returns of uniforms for students and parents.
Receive and inspect uniform deliveries from suppliers.
Assist with documentation related to supplier orders and payment processing.
2. School Bus Operations
Support morning bus operations from 7:00 AM until all buses arrive at school, including checking routes, monitoring student pick-up, and ensuring timely location updates.
Count buses and students boarding and getting off each bus to ensure no student is left behind.
Report any violations of school bus regulations to the relevant management team.
Monitor and report late-arriving buses and the reasons for delays.
3. Canteen Operations
Support the supervision of the canteen area as assigned by the Manager.
Monitor, organize, and update photo and video records related to food sample collection and storage.
4. Medical & Student Insurance Support
Receive, review, and check medicine orders from the School Medical Team.
Coordinate with suppliers to purchase and receive medicine orders.
Work with the Medical Team to arrange alternative medicines when required.
Record and monitor cases of medication disposal or cancellation.
Design and update student health insurance certificates.
Coordinate with the Medical Team to organize and monitor student health check-ups.
Schedule and coordinate health check-ups and supplementary health insurance for students enrolling during the school year.
Contact parents to collect and verify information required for student health insurance arrangements
III. WHAT YOU OFFER US:
Undergraduate student or fresh graduate in Education Management, Business Administration, Languages, or related fields.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Good command of English (spoken and written).
Proactive, detail-oriented, and flexible with a strong willingness to learn.
Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace or Canva
Working hours: 8 hours per day, with a required start time of 7:00 AM.
