JOB DESCRIPTION
Admin
Work with supplier to order water, stationery,
accessories, name card,
Arrange photocopy ink, archive documents,
functional postage,
Coordinate with suppliers to delivery facility
on time,
Internal align with cross function to arrange finance
and controlling trainings (i.e, onboard checklist, access card, business cards,
travel and expense, customer creation...)
Finance
Submit investment report, loan report to
authority
Customer master data/ ship to code / sales
representative code creation in system
Verify vendor and customer supporting document
submitted by requesters
Support to print / label fixed asset code
In-charge of fixed asset counting on a manner
time
Coordinate with external stakeholders (external
auditing confirmation)
Ecommerce variable cost planning by GMV and NMV,
and reconciliation with cash in from all platforms
Supply chain variable cost planning by incoming
shipments (i.e handling in and out)
Archive functional ink signed contract by order
Support to prepare finance and controlling
training slides
REQUIREMENTS
Education and requirement
3rd and 4th year students majoring in finance, accounting or other majors in the field of economics
Available for work full time
Fluent English skills (both Written and Verbal);
Competent and literate with the following packages: Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, MS Teams, and Outlook
Strong organizational, time management skills and effective communication skills.
