JOB DESCRIPTION
Working location: Saigon Center, District 1, HCMC
Duration: 6 months
POSITION CHARTER: Support the sales team related to commercial and technical matters for growing our business in Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia.
SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the overall sales activities of Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia.
Support sales with Salesforce requests related to the ADM system, extract, and update projects in Salesforce per Sales' inquiry.
Manage the lab sample room to ensure quality and safety based on SOP standards.
Organize the maintenance, cleaning, and servicing of laboratory equipment as recommended by equipment manufacturers.
Manage and control samples in lab collection (quantity, shelf life, etc.)
Participate in the evaluation of flavor in single and finished products and market samples.
Develop the base (beverage, SG&D, or savory) for sensory testing to support customers's projects.
Update and proactively introduce new product launches in the VN market; support the internal team with market product samples.
Working with internal stakeholders for pricing requests, freight cost requests, document requests, and follow-ups to ensure meeting sales expectations
Working with internal stakeholders for document requests and regulatory requests to ensure meeting customers' deadlines
Follow up on overseas sample shipments, working with customs and vendors to support the business.
Prepare documentation and create invoices for samples and market products sent to other ADM sites (Singapore, Germany, China, etc.).
Working with the GBS team related to payment, debit notes, and invoices from vendors
Follow-up trial samples request quantity, ETD, ETA, COA, packing list,...
Look after customers' request samples (prepare samples to submit to clients, then record samples in/out in the master file).
Support the sales team to follow up on the client's testing results with our sample submission.
Lead or work on documents for an import license and FDA license inquiries from clients
Support the business through customer visits and promotion rollouts with sales and marketing.
Support admin tasks and other duties as assigned by the country sales manager.
REQUIREMENTS

Ability to manage multiple tasks.
Qualification
A fresh graduate with a bachelor's degree in food technology background is preferred.
Experience in handling sales or technical (flavor or food ingredients) in the food industry is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
