For business growth and expansion in the near future, we are looking for qualified candidates to join our office in Hanoi as Import-Export Intern who is interested in pursuing a career in back office service.
Job holder will handle following tasks:
Contractual and shipping procedure management:
- Follow up shipment schedules, Arrivals and Quality of every shipments;
- Maintain and update contract list and claim
Office management:
Provide administrative assistance to staffs and management
Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, e-mail, internet, etc.;
- Good command of English.
- Good knowledge of international trade;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Open-minded and strong service mindset
- Be calm, patient and control the emotion well
- Good sense of responsibility and teamwork.
