About the Job
As a Mass Recruitment Intern, you will support the Talent Acquisition team in recruiting talents for Maison Marou Vietnam's store chain. You will gain hands-on experience in high-volume recruitment, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and recruitment campaigns while helping us build strong and engaged store teams.
Your Tasks Will Be:
Mass Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Support high-volume recruitment for Maison Marou Vietnam stores, particularly Front-of-House and Kitchen positions.
Source candidates through multiple channels, including Facebook groups, job platforms, Zalo, universities/colleges, employee referrals, and recruitment events.
Post and refresh job advertisements across relevant recruitment channels.
Screen CVs/applications and conduct initial candidate pre-screening based on job requirements.
Contact candidates, provide recruitment information, and follow up throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and Hiring Managers.
Maintain and regularly update the recruitment database and candidate pipeline.
Follow up with candidates to ensure a smooth and positive recruitment experience.
Send thank-you or rejection communications to unsuccessful candidates.
Support recruitment campaigns and hiring events when required.
Prepare recruitment reports and track key recruitment metrics such as applications, interviews, offers, and hiring results.
Onboarding Support:
Support the collection and checking of required employee documents and tax commitment forms from new hires.
Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure new hires complete the required pre-onboarding documents.
Prepare welcome gifts and onboarding materials in line with company policy.
Support other HR administrative tasks related to recruitment and onboarding.
Employer Branding & Recruitment Activities
Support the organization of job fairs, recruitment events, and partnerships with universities and colleges.
Create recruitment-related content for social media platforms such as Facebook.
Support the creation of recruitment visuals, videos, and other communication materials using tools such as Canva or CapCut.
Participate in employer branding activities that help promote Maison Marou Vietnam as an attractive workplace.
Your Requirements:
University student majoring in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or related fields.
Interested in building a career in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, especially in a fast-paced retail and F&B environment.
Comfortable with high-volume recruitment and frequent communication with candidates.
Good communication skills and confident in contacting and interacting with candidates.
Good command of English, both spoken and written.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or other content creation tools is a plus.
Proactive, energetic, organized, and detail-oriented.
Able to manage multiple tasks and follow up effectively.
Positive attitude, eager to learn, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.

Internship allowance: 4M/ month + lunch allowance

Internship duration: Full-time internship for 6 months (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday)
