Mô tả công việc
- Maintenance and filing of personnel records, processing and typing of personnel documents.
- Processing confidential employee information and for maintaining employee records on a Human Resource Information System (HRIS). May assist in the development of systems specifications, design and development from the end user perspective.
- Prepares and/or supervises the production of statistical summaries and special reports for HR operation involving monthly and yearly worforce, leave information (vacation, time-off, paid leave,...), payroll information (banking account, Tax dependent, Social Insurance contribution)
- Support in communicating, delivering and storing Insurance Cards of employee
- Support data in HR event as employee' birthday, occasion gifts,....
- Other administrative required by supervisor
Yêu cầu công việc
- Qualifications
- Full skill practices and applications of Microsoft Word, Excel
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration or related major
- Mandatory
- Carefulness and high responsibility
- Hard-working, proactive, fast-learner, organized
- Friendly, honest, patient
- Keep highly confidential information
- At least 6-month part-time Internship
- Nice to have/plus
- Good at English skill in writing and reading (is a plus)
- Good at Microsoft Office skill
