Role Description
As the Total Rewards Supervisor at Phu Hung Securities, you will play a key role in designing, delivering, and managing our total rewards programs - covering compensation, benefits, incentives, and recognition - aligned with our business goals in the securities/financial services sector. In addition to day-to-day operational responsibilities, you will lead and execute projects within the Total Rewards team to continuously enhance our reward offerings and ensure competitiveness, equity, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and maintaining the total rewards strategy (base salary, bonus/short-term incentives, benefits, long-term incentives if applicable) in alignment with business objectives, market competitiveness, and internal equity.
Conduct salary benchmarking, job evaluation, pay structure/grade reviews, and market survey analysis to inform reward decisions and adjustments.
Manage the end-to-end annual salary review and bonus (or performance‐linked incentive) cycles: collecting data, analysing results, preparing recommendations, coordinating approvals, and implementing outcomes.
Administer compensation and benefits programmes: salary adjustments, allowances, social insurance, health insurance, expatriate/relocation support (if applicable), and benefit renewals.
Support the design, rollout, and communication of recognition and non-cash rewards/special programmes to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Lead/support Total Rewards projects
Partner with Finance, Legal/Compliance, and
business leaders to ensure rewards programmes are integrated with performance management, talent management, and business planning.
Ensure statutory compliance with Vietnamese labour law, tax regulations, social insurance, and other relevant statutes in relation to compensation and benefits programmes.
Prepare regular reporting, dashboards, and analysis on reward metrics (e.g., salary increases, bonus payout rates, benefits uptake, internal equity statistics) for senior management.
Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on reward matters, ensuring clarity, consistency, and transparency.
Continuously monitor market trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in the financial services/securities sector, and propose enhancements to our reward practices.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related major.
Minimum of 4-6 years' experience in compensation & benefits / total rewards, preferably in financial services, securities/capital markets.
Strong understanding of Vietnamese labour law, social insurance, and tax implications relating to compensation/benefits.
Experience in salary benchmarking and managing annual salary/bonus cycles.
Project-oriented mindset: able to lead or support reward-related projects.
Excellent analytical and numerical skills, strong proficiency in MS Excel. Possessing AI skills will be a plus (Gemini, ChatGPT, NotebookLM, Copilot for Excel).
Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese, able to engage with business stakeholders and explain reward concepts clearly.
High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information sensitively.
Proactive, able to prioritise workload, manage multiple tasks, and work under deadlines.
Be quick and responsive, promptly updating information on market trends and changes.
