We are looking for a talent who is suitable for the position of Trade Finance Manager (English) to join Stavian to #GOGLOBAL with the following criteria & work:
Develop and manage credit facilities and trade finance solutions for the Company and its overseas subsidiaries/branches to support international plastic resin and commodity trading activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international banks and financial institutions; structure and negotiate financing solutions such as L/C, UPAS L/C, Trade Loans, Bank Guarantees, T/T Financing, and other structured trade finance products.
Negotiate credit terms, pricing, banking fees, collateral requirements, and other financing conditions to optimize funding costs and facility utilization.
Monitor credit facility utilization, outstanding loans, working capital requirements, and liquidity needs across overseas entities.
Work closely with commercial teams to structure financing solutions for international trading transactions and support business growth.
Monitor foreign exchange exposure and currency risks across different markets; assess the impact of FX movements and recommend appropriate hedging or risk mitigation solutions.
Support cash flow planning and identify opportunities to optimize funding structure, liquidity, and cost of capital.
Coordinate with local Finance, Accounting, Tax, and external advisors on tax, financial compliance, and cross-border transaction matters in overseas subsidiaries/branches.
Prepare management reports on credit facilities, funding, FX exposure, financing costs, liquidity, and key financial risks.
Contribute to the development and improvement of Trade Finance, Treasury, and international financing policies and procedures.
Perform other related duties as assigned by Management.

Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Auditing, Economics, or related fields.
Strong professional background and practical experience in Corporate Finance, Trade Finance, Treasury, or Corporate Banking.
Proven experience in establishing and managing credit facilities, trade finance solutions, and banking relationships.
Good knowledge of trade finance products such as L/C, Trade Loan, Bank Guarantee, and other international financing instruments.
Strong understanding of cash flow management, foreign exchange, currency risk, and hedging instruments.
Knowledge of international taxation, financial compliance, and cross-border transactions; understanding of transfer pricing is an advantage.
Strong financial analysis, risk assessment, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop practical financing solutions aligned with business needs.
Fluent in English, with strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills when working with international banks, partners, and overseas teams.
Experience in international trading, commodities, chemicals, plastic resins, or import-export businesses is preferred.
Candidates with overseas study and/or working experience are preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and coordination skills; proactive, structured, and able to work across multiple markets.
