Responsibilities
1. Admin & paper work
• Document signing - filling, photocopy, scan... document
• Checking all documents for payment of vendor
• Prepare payment requests and other documents
• Making report as request
2. Participate in building ideas, concepts and execute for ILA internal & external events.
• Write some simple internal & external content.
• Perform related tasks assigned by line manager
3. Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager
4. Work Schedule: Minimum of 4 days per week at the office.

Skill Requirements
● Young and dynamic to coordinate in events and adapt to the fast-pace working environment.
● High level skills in MS Word, Excel, Basic skill in MS Power Point, Basic skill in Canva / AI/ Photoshop
● Having the ability to produce contents is a major plus.
● Logical thinking and smart.
● Good and clear communication skills
● Ability to organize, time-management, work well under pressure
● Willing to support and work when organizing events.
● Excellent English
Required Experience
● Knowledgeable and experienced in event-organizing, merchandising, leading projects...
Required Education and qualifications
● Freshly graduated or senior students, majoring in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Event-organizing,...
● Having a long-term orientation and desire to develop in the field of Marketing.
