Working Time: 8.30 AM - 6.00 PM (Mon - Fri) - full-time working at office requested
Allowance: 4,000,000 VND/month

JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist in preparing and reviewing vendor contracts, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
Process and track payment documents for vendors, ensuring timely submissions and follow-ups.
Input, update, and maintain trading data in the internal system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Liaise with vendors and internal departments to handle queries related to contracts, payments, and order processing.
Support the Trading team with administrative duties, such as filing, organizing records, and maintaining proper documentation.
Monitor the progress of transactions, ensuring that all processes follow the company's trading policies.
Assist in resolving any discrepancies in documentation or payments in coordination with the finance department.
Other tasks assigned by line manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Final-year student or recent graduate in Business, Finance, Law, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Basic understanding of trading, procurement, or payment processes is an advantage.
Fluent in written and spoken English
Willing to work under pressure
Willingness to help other teams where necessary
Have personal laptop to work.
