Location: Quảng Ninh (thời gian đầu làm việc tại Hải Phòng)
Overview: Responsible for managing training activities at the Quang Ninh plant, ensuring that all training is properly implemented, monitored, and responded to in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Analyze training needs across departments, especially in manufacturing functions.
Develop training content or collaborate with internal/external trainers.
Coordinate and manage training programs (online/offline, internal/external).
Ensure training quality: trainer selection, materials, feedback collection.
Operate and maintain the LMS; update training records regularly.
Measure training effectiveness.
Prepare training reports and propose continuous improvement initiatives.
In charge of preparing and responding to audit requirements.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Engineering, Psychology, Education or related fields.
Minimum 3 years in a training and development role.
Proficient in MS Office and e-learning/LMS platforms.
English or Chinese proficiency.
Experience working in a manufacturing company (FMCG, electronics, mechanical, textiles...).
Strong instructional design and training implementation skills.
Effective communication across all organizational levels.
Problem solving skill.
