Job purpose: Drive Field Force improvement of effectiveness and efficiency through planning, delivering, follow up and assessment of required training programs based on training needs
Responsibilities:
1. Implement training activities & manage training progression of field force
• Conduct training needs analysis
• Coordinate to define competency gaps & develop annual /quarterly training plan
• Design & maintain updated training curriculum & documents as assigned
• Coordinate to implement training plan
• Monitor and evaluate the training activities effectiveness
• Manage training dashboard and MS Team training field force materials library
2. LMS Management
• Manage the LMS, ensuring the system functions thoroughly
• Guide and support colleagues to participate in online learning programs according to the company's requirements and individual needs
• Create courses on LMS system as required
• Coordinate with IT department, L&D team to fix technical problems
3. Support in building and develop coaching culture via support in develop coaching programs, tracking coaching report and evaluate coaching effectiveness
• Work in the field with Field force team (Rep & FLM) to observe, give feedback and assessment Detailing skills of Reps
• Monitor Coaching report in the system, including assessment of Coaching form quality & progress
4. Participate in Role Play sessions of Reps & First Line Manager, to give feedback & assessment as required
5. Preparation of the monthly Training Report to management
6. Others:
• Coordinate with MKT & Medical in conducting effective Company Induction Program for all new ZPT Field Force staffs
• Performs other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time
