Mô tả công việc
- Analyze and coordinate with different departments to identify and evaluate the training needs of employees and the entire Company.
- Plan, design and develop training programs for each group of workers and ensure training programs are attractive, effective and meet identified learning objectives and are consistent with regulations. Company's direction and goals.
- Establish evaluation criteria and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve training initiatives and build an effective learning management system (LMS) to achieve high training effectiveness.
- Regularly monitor and report on training data and analysis to the Company's BOM to evaluate effectiveness and propose solutions to enhance training quality and effectiveness.
- Cooperate with organizations and experts to leam and receive training programs and the latest trends in training and apply them in the Company's training programs
- Build and manage training budget, ensuring economical and effective use of resources.

- Graduated with a bachelor's degree or higher in human resource management, education, economics, marketing, and law.
-Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in this position or related positions.
- Fluency in English
- Ability to lead, train, communicate, present and can withstand high pressure.
- Ability to evaluate, analyze and handle situations.
