Training Management Expert

JOB DESCRIPTION
We welcome Training Experts to join our core team. Our Training System operates under a highly specialized model, categorized into the following focus areas:
A. Technical & Aftersales Training Group:
• Develop training frameworks and roadpaths for Technical (Automotive, Electric Motorcycles, E-Bus) and Non-technical roles (5-Star Service, Workshop Management).
• Design competency frameworks, evaluation criteria, and organize periodic skill assessments/certifications.
• Manage the satellite training center system and the internal trainer network.
B. Sales Training Group
• Develop training materials for products, sales processes, and practical business skills.
• Conduct transfer training and standardize training documents for international markets.
• Organize sales competency assessments and measure post-training effectiveness (ROI).
C. Corporate Culture & General Training Group
• Implement onboarding programs, soft skills training, and promote Corporate Culture (DNA).
• Organize engagement activities and conduct satisfaction surveys to improve the working environment.
D. System Administration & Digital Learning Group
• Administer the LMS (Learning Management System), digitalize content (E-learning), and develop interactive learning materials.
• Build reporting dashboards and analyze learning data to optimize personalized learning paths for each job title.
