1. Job Summary
The Training Manager is responsible for conducting the end-to-end training cycle, from analyzing organizational needs to designing, delivering, and evaluating impactful development Common Competency programs.
This role drives operational excellence by managing the training center's daily operations, collaborating closely with business units, and leading the management and adoption of the company's E-learning platform to foster a continuous learning culture.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Training Design & Delivery
- Program Oversight: Oversee training programs to develop skills and knowledge for employees.
- Content Development: Develop training materials.
- Delivery & Evaluation: Design, deliver the lecture, follow up training courses to evaluate & measure results, make updates as necessary.
B. Strategy & Planning
- Training Needs Analysis: Analyze training needs and requirements for an organization or group.
- Planning & Proposal: Plan and propose training-development programs fitting with each grade and job of employees or business units.
C. Operations & E-learning Management
- Training Operations: Plan, organize, facilitate, and arrange supplies for employee development and training events; manage the overall operations of the training center.
- E-learning Management: Manage and operate the E-learning platform and system.
D. Culture & Development
- Culture Contribution: Contribute to improve the culture and philosophies of the
Organization.
- L&D Trends: Maintain understanding of new training techniques and methods.

3. Job Requirements
- Education: At least a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven work experience as a Training Manager.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (both written and verbal). Proficiency in Korean is a
strong plus.
