1. Job Overview
By partnering with the Local Competency Manager (LCM) and Proximity Development Partner (PDP) network and in order to contribute to people and teams development, the mission is to :
• Organize, provide and guarantee the learning offer(s) for all employees within his/her scope of responsibility
• Ensure training activities are efficiently and effectively delivered
• Ensure the expected level of professionalism of the trainer's network (internal and external)
• Advise the LCM and DP networks on the improvement of the learning and development offer
2. Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
2.1. Assure the availability of learning and development offerings within their scope in coordination with the competency manager network and Learning Solution department.
2.2. Build a training plan to close individual and collective competency gaps.
2.3. Ensure the training plan aligns with business priorities for its execution.
2.4. Evaluate the effectiveness, efficiency, and business impact of training programs.
2.5. Evaluate and enhance the competencies required for internal and external trainers.
2.6. Fulfill local legal, administrative, and quality system requirements for training activities. Conduct thorough training needs assessments to identify gaps in skills and knowledge.
2.7. Collaborate with PDP, managers, and employees to gather insights and feedback.
2.8. Design comprehensive training programs that address identified needs.
2.9. Create course materials, develop training modules, and select appropriate delivery methods (e.g., in-person training, online courses, workshops).
2.10. Facilitate training sessions for employees at all levels.
2.11. Use various instructional techniques and technologies to ensure an engaging and effective learning experience.
2.12. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and performance metrics.
2.13. Ensure all training programs comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and organizational policies.
2.14. Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in training and development.
2.15. Prepare and present regular reports on training activities, outcomes, and ROI to senior management.
2.16. Provide insights and recommendations for future training initiatives.
2.17. Offer ongoing support and mentoring to employees, helping them apply new skills and knowledge in their roles.
2.18. Act as a point of contact for any training-related queries and issues. Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned

Yêu cầu
1. Education and working experience required
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
+ Above 3 years of experience in an HR role.
+ Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
2. Competencies required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

3. Prerequisites for the assignment
- Language Fluency in English
- MS Office and other
- Proficient in MS office, power BI applications
