TRANSPORTATION COORDINATOR
- Work location: District 4 - HCMC
- Working time: Working in Shift
MAIN DUTIES:
1. Plan and co-ordinate with the transporters to ensure delivery performance, inter-unit transfer of bulk & bag cement at all sites.
Work closely with Customer Care team to receive orders and understand daily delivery demand. create and update delivery orders in system (SAP and INSEE+ later). ·
Work with the transport vendors for daily truck/barge requirements; ensure no shortage of truck/barge. ·
Update timely to CC team, transport team and supervisor if any change. · Escalate issues to supervisor timely. ·
Co-ordinate with the transportation supervisor/manager & INSEE's transporters to execute daily OTD 98% delivery plan, inter-unit transfers. ·
Work with the transporters for daily truck/barge requirements; ensure no shortage of truck/barge.
2. Ensure accurate data input into excel file and update of the handover shift
Update the scheduling to delivery to transporter before 22:00pm everyday by email and SMS ·
Daily update in excel file status of all delivery to handover shift all delivery ·
Handover report after finishing workday
3. Assist the transport supervisor with the projects/programs as assigned.
Complete the tasks assigned by the transport supervisor/manager. ·
Record and make Monthly report on KPIs of vendor ·
Carry out Quarterly audit tanker and stick Approval for use stamp on the tanker ·
Carry out pre-loading project at all sites ·
Attend Tanker Driver Training Program every year ·
Arrangement dispatch docket from transporters every month ·
Carry out route survey for make new quotation as Industrial Sales' request.
4. Handling transporter's invoice
Assist the transport supervisor/manager to verify transporters' invoices, dispatch docket. ·
