Job Summary
The Medical Representative is a crucial role responsible for promoting and driving sales of our product portfolio to healthcare professionals in a designated territory. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the CV-AI therapeutic area, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff. This role is essential for achieving sales targets and enhancing the company's brand reputation within the ethical (ETC) channel.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Sales & Product Promotion:
• Proactively promote the company's product portfolio to target healthcare professionals and hospital pharmacists.
• Conduct effective sales calls and presentations to introduce products, provide scientific information, and address professional inquiries.
• Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets for the territory.
2. Territory & Customer Management:
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key customers and opinion leaders in the assigned territory.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to support their clinical practice.
• Manage and update customer information, call activities, and sales data in the company's CRM system.
3. Market Intelligence & Strategy:
• Stay updated on the latest scientific advancements, product knowledge, and competitor activities in the therapeutic areas.
• Provide feedback and market insights to the
Area Sales Manager and Marketing team to help refine sales strategies.
• Actively participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and medical conferences.
4. Compliance & Ethics:
• Ensure all sales and promotional activities strictly comply with the regulations of the Drug Administration of Vietnam (DAV) and the company's ethical guidelines.
• Uphold the highest standards of professional conduct and integrity in all interactions.
• Education: Bachelor of Pharmacy/Medical is a mandatory requirement.
• Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven experience and a strong track record of success within the ETC channel and with CV-AI/Nutrition product lines or similar specialized product lines.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Skills:
o Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
o Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
o Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
