JOB DESCRIPTION
Location: VCCI Building Đào Duy Anh, Đống Đa, HN
Working time: From Mon to Fri, 8 A.M to 5 P.M
Salary: 9 - 10 mil VND gross/month + Social Insurance

Sales support:
Co-ordinate with Sales force in both Bancas and Agency channels for the requirement of marketing activities etc. across BIDV branches and Agency offices.
Collecting order for POSM from sales, process with vendors and ensure delivery to branches
Maintain proper record of quantity of POSM, brochures, marketing collaterals created, distributed, and used by the sales teams across channel and submit a monthly report to the line manager.
Event support:
Support in Organizing both internal and external events of Marcom such as workshops, trip contest, Kick off and Mid-Year Review...
Organizing CSR activities under instruction of line manager.
Internal communication:
Draft and post contents on internal company groups (event recaps, announcements...)
REQUIREMENTS
At least 1-2 years experience in business administration, event/communications
Services oriented and interpersonal skills
Fluency in spoken and written Vietnamese and English
Familiar with Word, Excel, and Power Point
University Degree
