Join Launchmen, a leading digital marketing agency specializing in cutting-edge AI video production and business consulting, as a Project Management Assistant!
We're searching for a fast-learning and enthusiastic individual to join our multicultural, supportive team and help us stay organized and productive using our unique productivity management tool! You'll work closely with our talented Project Manager, internal team members, and other stakeholders, ensuring projects are completed on time and with top quality.
What you'll do:
Assist with managing multiple projects, ensuring milestones are met;
Communicate effectively with the team and Project Manager, providing updates and managing expectations;
Collaborate with internal teams, and project-based contractors to deliver projects on time and at the highest quality;
Assign tasks and Monitor project progress, identify and communicate potential issues, and manage risks;
Assist with team meetings and provide guidance when needed;
Maintain accurate project documentation in accordance with company procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
We prefer a superstar who has:
Good command of English communication and writing skills;
A passion for learning and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
