Mô tả công việc

Develop and implement a robust data strategy aligned with business objectives.
Oversee the design and maintenance of data storage systems, including SQL Server and Azure Blob Storage.
Establish efficient processes for collecting and transforming raw data into actionable insights.
Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the entire data lifecycle.
Implement organizational structures and frameworks for effective data storage and retrieval.
Lead the creation of visually compelling and insightful data visualizations.
Enable stakeholders to explore and understand data trends through intuitive dashboards and reports.
Facilitate seamless access to critical business data for relevant stakeholders.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data management, analytics, and visualization.
Proven track record of successfully implementing data strategies in a business setting.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python.
Proficiency in SQL Server, Azure Blob Storage, and other relevant data storage technologies.
Strong expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Strong background in statistical modeling and machine learning techniques.
Ability to apply advanced analytics to solve complex business problems.
Exceptional English language skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
