Leading QC section
Leading activities and responsibilities of QC section at factory,
Assign job to team QC members ensure quality control online is implemented,
Ensure quality in the process, from raw material to packing
Monitor specification compliance and feedback to production department when having issue related to quality
Lead QC and liaise with Production to ensure product's quality meet specifications
Analysis trends / issue for continuous improvement in quality
Food safety legislation compliance:
Ensure produced products are met local food regulation as well as food safety regulation at destination countries,
Deploy to take sample as sampling plan of semi-product, finished good, swab test, CIP final rinse, ect according to HACCP Policy.
Coordinate with QA to execute issue/ trouble investigation
Coordinate with QA conduct mock recall, forward and back product traceability
GMP/ SSOP
Implement and maintain the GMP/ SSOP program for the factory, inform to related departments when have nonconformity to give corrective actions.
Make sure the program is always running and up to date
Ensure basic food safety practices, GMP/ SSOP are trained to new staff and refresh training,
Ensure competency of QC team to implement and maintain quality & food safety system,
Liaise with production to train and ensure operators/workers whose work reflects to food safety/critical control points are fully trained.
Development projects:
Coordinate with the QMS section to review HACCP when there are new changes or updates.
Participate in kai-zen to ensure product quality, save costs, reduce downtime, and increase work efficiency.
Participate in and implement projects related to the QC section
Review the validity and appropriate changes to the processes and regulations at the department to suitable with actual needs.
Build and control annual budget according to AOP of QC section
Set up and evaluate KPI for QC yearly
Implement QC Monthly/ Weekly report
Implement and guide QC operations on QM module on SAP.
Coordinate with QMS department to prepare when have audit or customers to visit the factory
Other duties are assigned by direct report

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Food Technology or relevant majors (Industrial Management)
At least 5years of working experience in same role at Food industrial company
Sound understanding of global requirement and procedure over Foods and beverage productions and service
Understanding of international QMS - HACCP, ISO or relevant (BRC, IFS, FSSC 22000). Knowledge about HALAL, KOSHER is a plus.
Experienced in Tetra Pak techlonogy
Ability to communicate in English and work in international environment
Can use Microsoft Office fluently
Good communication skills, logical thinking and flexible problem solving.
Ability to manage time, manage team as well as ability to work independently, withstand pressure, high intensity at work.
Ability to set goals, tasks effectively.
Skills to collect and analyze information, data, and good reporting to identify trends and detect potential problems in the quality management system.
