Lead and coordinate the Data Labeling team to ensure timely delivery, productivity, and quality.
Assign tasks, manage workloads, and optimize team performance.
Track project KPIs and maintain performance standards.
Train, mentor, support, and conduct regular performance reviews for team members. Version: V01 Page 2 of 3
Quality Control & Process Improvement
Oversee data quality through Review/QC/QA activities.
Identify errors, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Create and update project documentation (workflows, annotation guidelines, FAQs).
Propose process improvements to increase efficiency and data accuracy.
Communication & Coordination
Assist
Project Manager in developing project guidelines and deliver clear instructions to the team.
Coordinate with the Project Manager and clients on updates, changes, and issue resolution.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Proven experience in data labeling and a solid understanding of image, text, audio, and video annotation types.
Good English reading comprehension and communication skills.
Knowledge of QC/QA processes is preferred.
Prior experience in a similar supervisory or team lead role is preferred.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
