1. Team Leadership:
• Lead and develop the logistics organization consisting of one Warehouse Specialist, one Material Planner, and one Production Planner.
• Responsible for performance, motivation, and continuous improvement within the logistics team.
2. Warehouse & Line Replenishment:
• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatching of materials and finished goods.
• Ensure that all materials required for production work orders are delivered to the production line on time and in the correct quantity.
• Oversee line replenishment tasks executed by the warehouse team to guarantee uninterrupted production flow.
3. Production & Material Planning:
• Coordinate production and material planning activities in alignment with customer orders, forecasts, and manufacturing capacities.
• Work closely with production,
purchasing, and quality departments to ensure material availability and production schedule adherence.
• Monitor deviations between plans and actual results, initiating corrective actions when necessary.
4. Packaging & Finished Goods Handling:
• Oversee packaging of finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.
• Coordinate with QA and logistics partners for shipment preparation, labeling, and storage of finished goods.
5. Import-Export & Logistics Coordination:
• Supervise import/export processes including documentation, customs clearance, and shipment arrangements.
• Liaise with freight forwarders and transport providers to achieve on-time and cost-effective delivery.
• Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations.
6. Continuous Improvement & KPI Monitoring:
• Drive improvements in warehouse layout, material flow, and stock accuracy.
• Implement and track KPIs such as inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, and storage efficiency.
• Support digitalization initiatives and system accuracy within SAP/ERP.
ACTING AUTHORITY
• Authorized to assign, schedule, and prioritize daily tasks for warehouse, import-export, and plan-ning staff.
• Can make immediate decisions on logistics arrangements (e.g., transport booking, shipment schedules, warehouse space allocation) within approved budgets and policies.
• Has authority to resolve on-site operational issues to prevent delays or disruptions.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience:
• 3-5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations (lead/supervisor level preferred).
• Knowledge of import/export regulations and customs procedures.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Leadership experience with a focus on team motivation and performance improvement.
