JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide prompt and professional responses to customers via phone, email, and social networks
Ensure a high re-registration rate at the Center as per the directives of the Line Manager
Maintain accurate records and update the customer database
Monitor students' learning progress at the center and address any issues that arise during the learning process
Provide feedback on students' learning progress to parents, if necessary
Prepare weekly reports for the direct manager and communicate any urgent information when required
Generate monthly reports to assess the effectiveness of customer service processes
REQUIREMENTS
Fluent in English and Vietnamese. Another language is a plus
Good communication and problem-solving skill
Be able to work in a team
Ability to maintain a calm and polite manner in stressful situations
Willingness to cooperate with customers and management to resolve any issues that may arise
Having experience is a plus
