JOB DESCRIPTION
ROLE OBJECTIVES:
Administration & Receptionist Consultant role and responsibility is to supervise, control and deliver office management and administrative services to employees, contributing to creating and maintaining excellent physical office conditions and pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Finance
The office's administration tasks, event organization, financial budget control and operation, employee engagement activities...
Customer Services
Ensuring the office is presentable to visitors & responding to switchboard and reception calls.
Supporting other departments in some administrative tasks when required.
Process/ Function
Administration
Perform general administrative duties including but not limited to office arrangement, booking transportation & accommodation for business trip process, training/ meeting room and company event...
Distribute claim expense, payment & summary.
Maintain all office facilities/meeting room/ pantry to make sure these resources are used efficiently & effectively.
Oversee office equipment and organize maintenance and repairs as required.
Systematically filing important company documents.
Liaise with building management to provide parking, cleaning services, maintenance, and other services.
When required, assist with onboarding of new employees to ready for first day including workstation placement, ordering necessary equipment (laptop, office tools), system accesses.
Support leader/BU with daily operations or company events.
Do other jobs assigned.
Receptionist
Receptionist in charge full day.
Operate a multiline telephone system to answer incoming telephone calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel.
Manage delivery and record post courier daily.
Prepare welcome plan for new staff.
REQUIREMENTS
Graduated from University/College with no limit of the college's major.
Good at communication both in English & Vietnamese.
At least 1 year of Administration & Receptionist experience.
Strong Problem-Solving skills, Customer Services skills.
Have a high level of Patience, ability to do multi-tasks, attention to details.
Ability to work independently.
Good at MS office.
Strong teamwork oriented and ability to support the teams.
