Tunituni Program Manager (Senior Level)

Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced TuniTuni Program Manager to lead our premium physical education and play-based learning program for young children.
This role combines teaching excellence, business operations, marketing execution, and team leadership, ensuring both educational quality and business performance.
The ideal candidate is energetic, business-minded, and passionate about early childhood development through physical activity.
Key Responsibilities
1. Teaching & Program Delivery
Deliver high-quality English-based physical education classes for young children
Ensure classes are engaging, safe, and aligned with the TuniTuni curriculum
Continuously improve class quality and student experience
2. Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management
Drive student enrollment and retention through active engagement
Build strong relationships with parents and provide regular feedback
Handle inquiries, consultations, and customer follow-ups
3. Marketing & Event Execution
Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities
Organize events such as trial classes, open houses, and seasonal programs
Collaborate with internal teams to maximize brand visibility and enrollment
4. Budget & P&L Management
Manage program-level budget planning and cost control
Monitor and optimize profit and loss (P&L) performance
Ensure financial targets and operational efficiency are achieved
5. Teacher Training & Team Management
Recruit, train, and manage TuniTuni instructors
Conduct regular evaluations and coaching to maintain teaching standards
Build a high-performance and motivated team culture
6. Communication with HQ (Korea)
Coordinate with the Korean headquarters on curriculum, operations, and reporting
Ensure proper localization and execution of HQ guidelines
Provide regular updates and operational reports
