● Be responsible for an efficient information flow between all parties involved (suppliers, shipper, and internal departments)
● Other assignments as and when required by the Head of Department.
● To ensure all assignments are met within the specific deliverables concerned.
● Review all aspects of the operations and drive in any improvements in methods, procedures, and efficiency.
● Ensure the optimal utilization of space through warehouse consolidation.
● Ensure stock rotation and stock accuracy.
● Ensure employees/suppliers/visitors comply with our Corporate standards Safety and Security for warehouse operations and follow its regulation, instruction, compliance related working safety.
● Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of reports regarding warehouse operations.
● Responsible for ensuring all suppliers and other parties perform Warehouse services agreements aligned to customers' SOP and the company's operations standards.
● Handle customer enquiries/complaints in a professional manner and excellent attitude.
● To ensure proper follow up with all outstanding issues
● Ensure the efficient and safe operation of all materials handling equipment.
● Monitoring operational and general business KPIs, ensuring they are met both in performance and costs manner.
