JOB SUMMARY:
Participate in the development and implementation of enterprise technology platforms across multiple domains such as eInvoice, Call Center, CRM, ERP, and DMS. Analyze business needs and translate them into clear functional requirements to support product development and system implementation. Work with enterprise clients across industries including retail, F&B, distribution, and finance to deliver scalable and reliable technology solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work directly with clients (local and international teams) to gather, discuss, and clarify business requirements for implementing technology solutions and SaaS products.
Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and document requirements (BRD, FRS, SRS, user stories, user guides) to ensure clear communication between business and technical teams.
Participate in the implementation and rollout of the company's SaaS products across domains such as eInvoice, Call Center, CRM, ERP, and DMS.
Work with enterprise clients and apply best practices from global platforms (ERP, CRM, DMS) when designing and implementing solutions suitable for the Vietnam market.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and QA teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to support both internal product development and client projects.
Provide training and user guide to end-users and stakeholders to ensure smooth system adoption.
Follow company policies in communication, reporting, and task planning, ensuring compliance with information security and quality management standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong skills in requirement analysis, process mapping, and documentation.
Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience working with development teams.
Experience with CRM, DMS, ERP, or Field Sales Applications (SFA) used in distribution or field sales operations. Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, POS systems, or similar solutions is a plus.
Experience working with enterprise clients or large-scale business systems is an advantage.
Familiarity with BA tools such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365, Jira, Confluence, Planner, GitLab, etc.
Awareness of information security, compliance, and quality management standards.
Interest in AI-enabled features, automation, or data analytics is a plus.
Good English communication skills and ability to work with both business and technical teams.
