Reporting to Procurement Manager, the Contract Management Supervisor is responsible for:
Support during internal and external costs audit as required.
Lead in review and validation of project cost estimates through benchmarking and best practice for both our investment requests and for general contract servicing.
Lead the development of cost management reporting, tools, and measures to be adopted across the development programme.
Support the implementation processes and systems to provide strict monitoring and reporting of programme / project finances and early warning of potential overspend or delays.
Support in tender recommendation process.
Lead in settlement of final accounts and contract precedent obligations for close out.
Support in the implementation and management of the change control process, such that there is rigorous control of program level change, controls, and visibility.
Support the administration of payment process and liaise with finance team to follow through.
Lead in settlement of final accounts and contract precedent obligations for close out.
Support the determination of the project procurement strategy.
Support pre-qualification, tender analysis and review process for consultants and contractors.
Support in form of procurement route and selection of building contract as appropriate and liaison with external legal consultants on legal and any litigation matters.
Lead the form of contract compliance and execution for construction fit out, professional service agreements and supplier contracts.
Support in feasibilities studies and value engineering and life cycle cost reviews.
Lead the required scope of works in our supplier chain (e.g.: Project Manager's obligations contractually and QS obligations commercially)
Lead in resolving contractual and commercial disputes.
Lead cost management, commercial reporting, budgetary control, cash flow reviews and forecasting for the projects.
Lead the process for contract administration notices, develop tracking tool to ensure our obligations under the contract are being satisfied.
