Qualifications:
● Bachelor's or higher degree in Athletics/ Sport or related field; experience in the education segment would be an advantage.
● At least 1 year experience in a role of athletic coach; working experience in K-12 international school would be an advantage.

● Ability to work independently as well as promote and participate enthusiastically with various departments across the organisation.
● Ability to perform multiple high priority tasks in a fast paced highly demanding environment.
● Result - oriented and strive to achieve high quality outcomes.
● Ability to remain calm under high pressure.
● Highly developed communication, interpersonal and influencing skills and work effectively with individuals and groups (adults/parents).
● Skilled in operations to successfully perform the planning, directing, reporting and administrative responsibilities; strong organizational, prioritising, and time management.
● Shared commitment to the safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
Working Conditions:
● Work under the supervision of Principal and Vice-Principals, coordinate with other related Departments across CISS and local communities to ensure smooth school-wide operations.
Terms of Employment:
● Standard office hours Monday to Friday, Saturday's morning, including schools' activities and events outside of normal working hours.
● This role will be entitled a highly competitive salary package, transport (school van) support for business travel.
