Work with the executive management team to craft a vision of the titles, and to develop schedules and resource requirements to ensure achievement of the vision Liaise between the stakeholders and the project team to ensure user stories/acceptance criteria are clearly defined and understood. Manage product scope and control scope creeps during the development sprints. Works closely with the Art, Game Design and the team to drive the production pipeline and provide estimates Track, measure, and focus team on continuous improvement of sprint velocity, team capacity, and team utilization Support production pipeline from conception, storyboard, prototype to ultimately the final game build and hand off in a timely and efficient manner. Facilitate effective team meetings: stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Schedule and attend internal game reviews to compile and distribute comments and notes Create and maintain reports to capture project status and communicate to stakeholders Work with the product owners and the project teams to develop and manage Product Backlogs. Facilitate coordination and collaboration across internal (production, art, and story) and external groups throughout the production process by setting up meetings and following up on action items. Proactively identify roadblocks or projects risks and provide mitigation strategies All other duties as assigned.
