Sets up, and manages job manuals, controlling methods as well as improvement journey, and people development (training/coaching) to ensure adequacy and efficiency of accounting structure as well as to be in line with law and regulations.
Liaises with the banks, tax authorities, external auditors, custom authorities, and other external parties regarding accounting, and finance matters.
Supervises and checks all transactions for overall functions, and teams; ensures accounting books and records are accurate and fully complied with the regulations by the government and the company/group standard.
Reviews, and controls the budget and cash flow of overall IDV operations (Production, Admin).
Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles.
Process month and end year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity, debt activity etc.
Manages the Accounting team and its processes (GL, Balance Sheet, P&L) to ensure accuracy and closing deadlines defined by the Company and the Group.
Prepares monthly finance/accounting statement reports based on not only VAS but also IFRS; plans and coordinates for internal and external financial audits.
