Job Description
Bạn sẽ tham gia đội Mobile App của VAON, trực tiếp phát triển ứng dụng Flutter cho các dự án từ khách hàng Nhật Bản và sản phẩm nội bộ (bao gồm AI Chatbot, hệ thống quản trị). Cụ thể:
Phát triển tính năng mới trên Flutter theo ticket/spec từ PM và Tech Lead
Fix bug, tối ưu UI/UX và hiệu năng ứng dụng mobile
Tham gia code review (pair review / cross review) và tuân thủ coding convention của team
Tích hợp RESTful API, Firebase, Push Notification với backend
Viết unit test cơ bản và hỗ trợ QA trong quá trình kiểm thử
Tham gia daily standup, sprint planning và retrospective cùng team

Bắt buộc (Must-have)
Nắm vững kiến thức cơ bản về Flutter/Dart: Widget lifecycle, state management (setState, Provider hoặc tương đương)
Có ít nhất 1 sản phẩm/đồ án Flutter hoàn chỉnh (cá nhân hoặc team) - ưu tiên ứng viên có link GitHub/demo
Hiểu cơ bản về RESTful API và cách mobile app giao tiếp với backend
Sử dụng được Git (branch, merge, pull request) và quen làm việc nhóm
Tư duy lập trình tốt, biết lắng nghe, cầu tiến, chủ động học hỏi
Ưu tiên (Nice-to-have)
Tiếng Nhật (JLPT N4 trở lên) - lợi thế lớn khi làm việc với KH Nhật
Có hiểu biết cơ bản về Native iOS (Swift) hoặc Android (Kotlin)
Kinh nghiệm với Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Messaging)
Biết React Native hoặc các cross-platform framework khác
Quan tâm đến AI/LLM và muốn tích hợp AI vào mobile app

Mức lương: 8 - 15 triệu VNĐ (gross), xem xét tăng lương theo năng lực và hiệu quả
