'- Assist managers in leading teams providing tax compliance, advisory, health checks, pre-audit reviews, and other support services to clients.
- Work directly with clients to ensure efficient tax service delivery.
- Prepare and/or review tax reports and tax returns including Personal Income Tax (PIT), Corporate Income Tax (CIT), Foreign Contractor Tax (FCT), Value Added Tax (VAT), and others, within specified deadlines.
- Delegate tasks to tax assistants, including coaching and providing clear guidelines.
- Research tax issues and draft and/or review tax-related advice in response to client inquiries via email or letter.
- Represent clients in interactions with tax authorities when necessary.
- Identify business opportunities through existing relationships and develop new contacts.
- Seek ways to improve service efficiency.
- Provide timely guidance, feedback, and mentorship to staff development.
Yêu cầu
'- A bachelor's degree, preferably with degrees in Economics, Business, Accounting, Finance, or MBA
-Minimum 3 years of working experience in areas of tax compliance, tax advisory, accounting and auditing;
- Strong understanding and interpretation of accounting and tax regulations;
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Vietnamese;
- Strong analytical and communication skills;
- Proactive and self-motivated individual with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks;
- Proficiency in MS office;
- Traveling within and out of the country, if required.
