Mô tả công việc
- Prospect for potential customers in-account using both direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking ;
- Qualify the deals against company criteria ;
- Consult with client representatives about business challenges and requirements, as well as the range of possible solutions with associated costs/benefits ;
- Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge to be able to engage in meaningful conversations with prospects ;
- Create and deliver engaging presentations to clients' senior managers and decision makers ;
- Draft and deliver sales proposals ;
- Work with technical staff and product specialists if necessary to address customer requirements ;
- Develop and maintain key account plans that identify opportunities for the company to deliver values, strategic motivators, main stakeholders, buying processes and forecasted sales ;
- Keep detailed notes on prospect and customer interactions ;
- Provide forecasts on best case and most likely sales volumes over relevant time periods ;
- Work with delivery teams to proactively address problems and escalations ;
- Cultivate strong relationships with third parties and partners that may be required to deliver full solutions to the clien.
Yêu cầu
- Minimum of 1 year of sales, BD experience (ICT and Global IT Outsourcing/ Offshoring is plus)
- Must have prior experience managing and growing accounts Must have broad understanding of technologies / sales skill
- Overall experience should include business development, contract negotiation, making effective presentations, creating collaterals, presentations and POC's for specific problem statements of customers
- Must have strong customer interfacing experience
- Must have excellent cross culture communication skills and ability to be a cultural interpreter helping Korean customers and Offshore be on the same page and work smoothly
- Proficient in English and Korean
