Legal Consultant/Senior Consultant - Licensing Services is responsible for providing regulatory, licensing and related market entry advisory services to a broad portfolio of clients.
Responsibilities:
- Undertake works related to applying for business establishment licenses, revision, extension, etc.;
Assist Seniors/Managers in performing research and providing regulation on Law on Enterprise and Investment, Commercial Law, Competition Law, Real Estate Business, Labor Code, and other regulatory matters;
- Perform other works related duties as assigned by the management level.
- Update and highlight on the changes of the new regulations issued on weekly basic;
- Do research and make report on various relevant matters as per Seniors/Manager requests
